The Band is Archive. The album is Controlling Crowds (2009). I’ve been listening to this UK band since their debut album, Londinium in 1996. At that time you would have filed under “Trip Hop”. These days they are more at the “Post Rock” (or Progressive Rock) end of the spectrum. Available on Amazon as import. Thoroughly enjoying this. Epic.
